The new hotel on the Samaritan Health Services Lebanon campus doesn’t have all its walls yet, but it has a name: Boulder Falls Inn.
Larry Mullins, president and CEO of Samaritan Health Services said the name is meant to be a welcoming term for future guests.
The name refers to the boulders that came from all over Oregon, some for the healing garden waterfall feature, Mullins said.
It recognizes all the hard work and effort of the volunteers that got them there, he added.
The 84-room hotel is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2015.
There is more news coming soon about the hotel and its relationships to a brand, Mullins said.
