Kevin Miller was born August 30, 1961 in Yakima, Washington to Richard and Sally (Ashby) Miller. At the age of 4, Kevin and his family moved to Lebanon. Once Kevin turned 18, he decided to move to Albany where he spent the rest of his life.
Kevin enjoyed bowling and participating in the event during the Special Olympics. He loved NASCAR, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Seattle Seahawks. Kevin passed much of his time riding his bicycle and spending time with his kitty, Chloe.
Kevin is survived by his mother and father; his brother, Mark Miller of Springfield, Oregon; his sisters, Robin Welch of Sweet Home, Kathi Galster (Samuel) of Sweet Home, and Cindy Samson (Steven) of Sparks, Nevada; his nephews, Richie Galster of Lacomb, and Jessie Welch of Montana; his niece, Billy Jo Miller (Tim) of Lebanon; and two great-nephews and one great-niece.
Kevin is preceded in death by his brother, Richard Miller Jr.
Kevin was well-liked and well-loved.
