Anna House, 28, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Nov. 27 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to a six-month license suspension. Fined $500.

Janis Howe, 53, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Nov. 6 to a violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $240.

Duane Hurley, 46, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Nov. 14 to driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Fined $2,000.

Jennifer Hyer, 34, of Albany. Pleaded no contest Nov. 26 to operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $100.

Martin Isom, 50, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Nov. 21 to speeding. Fined $150.

Eric Jacobsen, 44, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default Nov. 15 of failure to wear a seat belt/improper use. Fined $205.

Cara James, 33, of Sweet Home. Found guilty by default Nov. 15 of a violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $325.

Scott Johnson Jr., 29, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Nov. 15 to two counts of allowing a dog to run at large. Total fines $420.

Daniel Johnson, 22, of Sweet Home. Pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and seven days in jail (jail suspended). No fine.

Christopher McCann, 22, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to second-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation, six days in jail and 10 days compensatory service. Fined $460 plus restitution to Walmart.

Michael McDaniel, 20, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Nov. 7 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Fined $500.

Edward McFarland, 35, of Monroe. Pleaded guilty Nov. 13 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and seven days in jail (jail time suspended.) No fine.

Delbert McGuire, 42, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Nov. 13 to hit-and-run/failure to perform duties and driving while suspended. Sentenced to 24 months probation, 20 days jail time, 15 days compensatory service, a 90-day license suspension and no contact with victim. Fined $660 plus $1,100 restitution to victim.
