Amanda Gutierrez, 27, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Sept. 27 to disorderly conduct. Fined $302.

Cruz Gutierrez, 29, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Sept. 27 to second-degree disorderly conduct. Fined $202.

Elbert Hackworth, 53, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest Sept. 27 to second-degree theft and second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to 36 months probation, 120 hours jail time (suspended), five days compensatory service and no contact with the Lebanon Walmart. Fined $424 plus restitution to Walmart.

Daniel Hale, 27, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Sept. 7 to second-degree failure to appear, failure to appear on a criminal citation warrant and carrying a concealed weapon. He pleaded no contest to operation of an unsafe vehicle, driving while suspended, no liability insurance and failure to display a vehicle registration. Sentenced to 24 months probation, four days in jail, 15 days compensatory service and the weapon seized in this case to be forfeited to the Lebanon Police Department for disposition according to law. Fined $1,807.

Robert Halfacre Jr., 25, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Sept 27 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 12 months bench probation and 10 days in jail (suspended). No fine.

George Hamilton, 55, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Sept. 13 to second-degree animal abuse. Fined $356.

Stephanie Henson, 23, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Sept. 13 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 10 days jail time (suspended) and 18 months bench probation. No fine.

Elizabeth Howard, 39, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default Sept. 30 of driving while suspended. Fined $866.

Kolbe Huddy, 20, Pleaded guilty Sept. 27 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and pleaded no contest Sept. 28 to driving while suspended. Sentenced to a six-month license suspension. Fined $1,089.

Bradley Huntington, 22, of Albany. Pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 12 months probation and 10 days jail time (suspended). No fine.

Nicole Jacobson, 49, of Albany. Pleaded no contest Sept. 27 to no liability insurance, driving while suspended and following too closely. Fined $984.

James Jappert, 68, of Crescent City, Calif. Pleaded guilty Sept. 13 to hit and run/failure to perform duties. Sentenced to a 90-day license suspension and 24 months bench probation. Fined $334 plus restitution to victims.

Daniel Johnson, 23, of Milwaukie. Pleaded guilty Sept. 2 to operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $104.

Monesia Keenan Kern, 32, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default Sept. 30 of no proof of insurance. Fined $471.

Megan Keenon, 25, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default Sept. 7 of operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $190.

Terry King Jr., 30, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Sept. 29 to driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Fined $677.

Scotty Klein, 37, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Sept. 13 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to a six-month license suspension. Fined $641.

Charmain Kleint, 33, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default Sept. 7 of allowing unlawful operation of a motor vehicle. Fined $471.

Julie Lawhon, 38, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Sept. 1 to failure to wear a seat belt/improper use. Fined $104.
