Theodore Nehring, 66, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 1 to operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $100.

Kittie Nix, 58, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 12 to violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $230.

Denielle Norris, 29, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 3 to driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Fined $1,420.

Myron Nowlin, 35, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 9 to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and three days in jail. Fined $260.

William O’Neil, 55, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 23 to disorderly conduct. Sentenced to 24 months probation, 10 days compensatory service and must submit to Linn Co. Mental Health assessment and comply with any and all directives from them. Fined $260.

Clifford Pack, 72, of Bellingham, Wash. Pleaded no contest Oct. 9 to controlled substance fraud. Sentenced to 24 months probation and five days in jail. Fined $360.

Nathan Parker, 20, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 23 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to 96 hours in jail and a six-month license suspension. Fined $560.

Phillip Passmore Jr., 20, of Sweet Home. Found guilty by default Oct. 12 of expired vehicle registration. Fined $205.

Kirsten Paulson, 35, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 23 to a violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $240.

Derek Petersen, 24, of New Plymouth, Idaho. Pleaded guilty Oct. 3 to driving while suspended. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation. Fined $1,460.

Elizabeth Peterson, 47, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 9 to parking in a disabled person’s space. Fined $160.

Kody Pickle, 23, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default Oct. 12 of operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $205.

Meei-Shiang Poujade, 37, of Albany. Found guilty by default Oct. 12 of driving while suspended. Fined $1,005.

Jesus Ramos, 20, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 23 to allowing a dog to run at large. Fined $60 plus $1,500 restitution to the victim.

Samantha Ray, 19, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 24 to no liability insurance and no operator’s license. Total fines $520.

Trevor Ray, 20, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 30 to operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $105.

Jared Ridders, 32, of Albany. Pleaded no contest Oct. 12 to a violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $240.

Sarah Rodgers, 36, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 31 to driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Total fines $2,000.

Jason Rolfe, 36, of Brownsville. Pleaded guilty Oct. 9 to failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant. Sentenced to 24 months probation and 15 days compensatory service. Fined $865.

Cody Rowe, 23, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Oct. 23 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to a six-month license suspension. Fined $560.

Lance Rowe, 46, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 12 to failure to obey a traffic control device. Fined $225.

Jessica Roy, 31, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 23 to third-degree theft. Sentenced to 48 hours in jail and 24 months bench probation. Fined $260.

Nathan Rudzik, 20, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default Oct. 10 of operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $205.

Jason Salisbury, 26, of Albany. Pleaded no contest Oct. 10 to no proof of insurance. Fined $ 260.

David Sanders, 67, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Oct. 9 to driving while suspended. Sentenced to 36 months bench probation and 240 hours in jail. Fined $460.

Katherine Schultz, 33, of Lebanon. Found guilty Oct. 24 of turning - improperly executed right turn. Fined $360.

John Sellers, 50, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 3 to driving while suspended. Fined $360.

Kyle Sells, 23, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Oct. 9 to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to seven days in jail and 24 months bench probation. Fined $410.

Derrek Sharp, 22, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 17 to driving while suspended. Fined $365.

Timothy Shearer, 20, of Albany. Pleaded guilty Oct. 3 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 12 months probation and seven days in jail (jail time suspended.) No fine.

Paul Shelton, 23, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 9 to resisting arrest. Sentenced to 10 days in jail and 24 months bench probation. Fined $360.

Chet Simpson, 31, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 2 to failure to wear a seat belt/improper use. Fined $110.

Brent Smith, 27, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest Oct. 24 to a violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $150.

Jacob Smith, 27, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 24 to driving while suspended. Fined $360.

Dustin Sparks, 28, of Albany. Found guilty by default Oct. 4, of expired vehicle registration and operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Total fines $405.

Brent Spier, 22, of Lebanon. Found guilty Oct. 9 of failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation. Second-degree theft, sentenced to 24 months bench probation, 40 days in jail and 10 days compensatory service. Fined $420 plus $212 restitution to victim. A second count of second-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation. Fined $160 plus $400 restitution to victim.

Terrance Stafford, 35, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest Oct. 29 to a violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $150.

Zachary Steinhebel, 26, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 24 to contempt of court. Sentenced to seven days in jail (suspended) and 24 months probation. No fine.

Laurence Stewart, 46, of Whittier, Calif. Pleaded no contest Oct. 3 to a violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $160.

Beth Suhr, 47, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest Oct. 1 to failure to obey a traffic control device. Fined $225.

Benjamin Tacy, 26, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 31 to failure to display vehicle registration and speeding. Total fines $270.

Richard Tagen, 23, of Sweet Home. Pleaded guilty Oct. 9 to failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant. Sentenced to 24 months probation and four days in jail. Fined $360.

Bill Taylor, 31, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Oct. 23 to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to 10 days in jail, 24 months bench probation and 10 days compensatory service. Fined $635.

Renee Thayer, 30, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 2 to excessive sound amplification. Fined $100.

Robert Thibedeau, 81, of Brownsville. Pleaded no contest Oct. 3 to failure to obey a traffic control device. Fined $260.

Paul Tooker, 42, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 31 to two charges of violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $150 each.

Mary Tucker, 43, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 1 to unlawful or unsignaled lane change. Fined $100.

Dwayne Turley, 76, of Tangent. Pleaded no contest Oct. 24 to speeding. Fined $240.

Anthony Vestal, 36, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 17 to no liability insurance. Fined $260.

Sean Walker, 24, of Lebanon. Found guilty Oct. 3 of second-degree criminal trespass. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation. Fined $255. Also pleaded no contest to second-degree theft. Sentenced to 14 days in jail, 24 months bench probation and 10 days compensatory service. Fined $355 plus restitution to Walmart and Bi-Mart.

Melissa Watkins, 36, of Sweet Home. Pleaded guilty Oct. 17 to driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 24 months bench probation and a one-year license suspension. Fined $1,428.

Elizabeth Wheeler-Bates, 71, of Albany. Pleaded no contest Oct. 5 to a violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $150.

Leta White, 22, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Oct. 9 to third-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and to attend CSI Consumer Awareness class. Fined $360.

Ronald Williams, 36, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Oct. 10 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months probation and seven days in jail (jail time suspended. No fine.

Angela Williamson, 34, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 24 to operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $100.

Christie Willis, 18, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 30 to speeding. Fined $150.

Donna Wilson, 58, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest Oct. 16 to a violation of the federal maximum speed limit. Fined $150.

Brandi Winney, 21, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 3 to driving while suspended. Fined $360.

Harvey Wright, 45, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty Oct. 10 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months probation and seven days in jail (jail time suspended.) No fine.

Vicki Yates, 67, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest Oct. 17 to a dangerous left turn. Fined $260.
