Holly Smith, 30, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 30 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months probation and seven days in jail (jail suspended). No fine.

Bryan Spaulding, 47, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 2 to driving while suspended. Fined $360.

Eric Steinborn, 34, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 22 to fourth-degree assault. Sentenced to 24 months probation, 10 days in jail and no contact with victim. Fined $660.

Cassandra Stone, 23, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest May 10 to operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $100.

William Thompson, 45, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 23 to harrassment. Sentenced to 24 months probation, 15 days compensatory service and no contact with Walmart and another victim. Fined $410.

Teresa Thurston, 28, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty May 22 to failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and pleaded no contest to third-degree theft. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 months bench probation and 10 days compensatory service. Total fines $737.

Michelle Tonning, 35, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 31 to no liability insurance and on May 30 to failure to display vehicle registration. Total fines $370.

Timothy Tucker, 27, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty May 8 to possession of a controlled substance. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and 10 days compensatory service. Also pleaded guilty to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to a 6-month license suspension. Total fines $720.

Deandre Ufford, 24, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 23 to no liability insurance. Fined $460.

Linda Underhill, 53, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 16 to misuse of a handicapped person’s permit. Fined $150.

Jamie Villa-Uruchima, 27, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 10 to speeding and no operator’s license. Fined $465.

Dustin Walters, 31, of Albany. Pleaded no contest May 23 to giving false information to a police officer for a citation. Sentenced to 36 months probation and 30 days in jail. Fined $460.

Brandi West Parsons, 38, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 16 to giving false information to a police officer for a citation. Sentenced to 24 months probation and 14 days in jail. Fined $560.

Pamela Wheathersby, 17, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 9 to no liability insurance. Fined $225.

Lynlee Whitehead, 21, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty May 23 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to a 6-month license suspension. Fined $560.

Lyle Williams, 57, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty May 8 to driving while suspended. Sentenced to 24 months probation, 10 days compensatory service and 20 days in jail (jail suspended). Also pleaded no contest to failure to signal. Total fines $940.

Ronald Williams, 35, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default May 2 of driving while suspended. Fined $1,005.

Mindy Williamson, 19, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest May 22 to speeding. Fined $160.

Vernon Wilson, 49, of Corvallis. Found guilty by default May 2 of driving while suspended and failure to obey a traffic control device. Fined $1,505.

Bridgit Zhiltsov, 25, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty May 8 to driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 192 hours in jail, 24 months bench probation, a one-year license suspension and to attend the Victim Impact Panel. Fined $2,355.

Robert Adam II, 37, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest June 13 to driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Fined $1,260.

Christopher Baker, 30, of Lebanon. Found guilty June 12 of fourth-degree assault. Sentenced to 36 months probation, 120 hours in jail and no contact with the victim. Fined $710.

Travis Hamilton, 20, of Jefferson. Pleaded guilty June 26 to minor in possession of alcohol by consumption. Sentenced to a one-year license suspension. Fined $515.

Jessikah Harris, 32, of Albany. Pleaded no contest June 26 to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to 36 months probation and 60 days in jail. Also pleaded no contest to second-degree theft. Sentenced to 36 months probation and 60 days in jail. Total fines $620.

David Herron, 33, of Albany. Pleaded no contest June 13 to second-degree theft. Sentenced to three years probation, 70 days in jail, 15 days compensatory service and no contact with Walmart stores. Pleaded no contest to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to three years probation, 70 days in jail and 15 days compensatory service. Pleaded no contest to unauthorized departure. Sentenced to three years probation, 70 days in jail and 15 days compensatory service. Total fines $936.

Jeremy Hicks, 31, of Albany. Pleaded no contest June 15 to second-degree theft. Sentenced to 36 months probation, 34 days in jail, 10 days compensatory service and no contact with victim. Fined $520. Pleaded no contest June 20 to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to 36 months probation, 34 days in jail and 10 days compensatory service. Total fines $620.
