Danny Hurt Sr., 61, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default June 21 of failure to wear a seat belt/improper use. Fined $205.

Shawn Jayne, 22, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty June 12 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation. No fine.

Scott Johnson Jr., 28, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest June 20 to unlawful or unsignaled lane change. Fined $110.

Daniel Johnson, 22, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest June 20 to driving while suspended. Fined $560.

Jill Johnson, 34, of Brownsville. Pleaded no contest June 27 to failure to obey a traffic control device and endangering a child passenger. Fined $350.

Tami Johnson, 50, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest June 12 to driving while suspended. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and 15 days compensatory service. Fined $1,100.

Shelby Johnston, 21, of Sweet Home. Pleaded guilty June 12 to third-degree theft. Sentenced to attend the CSI Consumer Awareness Class. Fined $310.

Terry Juul, 53, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest June 13 to speeding. Fined $225.

Jason Key, 36, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default June 21 of an illegal stop, stand or park. Fined $205.

Patricia Knapp, 49, of Powell Butte. Pleaded no contest June 6 to speeding. Fined $260.

Eric Krabbe, 60, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest June 7 to speeding. Fined $225.

Gerald Lawrence, 49, of Sweet Home. Found guilty by default June 14 of driving while suspended. Fined $1,005.

Kathleen Lehman, 44, of Carlton. Found guilty June 20 of refusing to take a breath test, of having an open container of alcohol in the vehicle and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 60 months bench probation, a one-year license suspension and to attend an alcohol impact panel. Total fines $3,144.

James Linder, 24, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest June 26 to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to 48 hours in jail, 60 months bench probation, a one-year license suspension and to attend an alcohol impact panel. Pleaded no contest to third-degree theft. Sentenced to pay restitution to Safeway. Pleaded no contest to giving false information to a police officer for a citation. Sentenced to 36 months probation, 14 days jail time, 10 days compensatory service and no contact with Safeway, Mega Foods and/or Knot Hole. Total fines $880.

Ramiro Lopez, 20, of Albany. Pleaded no contest June 26 to failure to appear in a violation proceeding. Sentenced to 36 months probation and 30 days in jail. Fined $460.

Erik Malott, 42, of Foster. Pleaded no contest June 12 to two counts of driving while suspended and two counts of no liability insurance. Pleaded no contest June 13 to driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Total fines $1,860.

Jamie Mansayon, 43, of The Dalles. Pleaded no contest June 27 to contempt of court. Sentenced to seven days in jail (suspended) and 24 months probation. No fine.

Kevin Sheasly, 51, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty June 12 to driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 60 months probation, 190 days of jail (80 days suspended) and a one-year license suspension. Pleaded guilty to a second count of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 60 months probation, 190 days in jail (80 days suspended) and a permanent license suspension for fourth DUII. Also pleaded guilty to failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant. Sentenced to 60 months probation and 190 days of jail (80 days suspended). Total fines $5,090.
