Information for each case includes the defendant’s name, age and city of residence, offenses the defendant was convicted of, the court’s decision, the date the case came before the court and the total money judgment imposed by the court.

Nancy Wendling, 26, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest June 12 to endangering the welfare of a minor. Sentenced to 36 months probation and seven days in jail. Fined $610.

Pamela Wheathersby, 17, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest June 13 to no operator’s license. Fined $260.

Leta White, 22, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest June 27 to driving while suspended. Fined $560.

Gage Williamson, 20, of Albany. Found guilty by default June 12 of minor in possession of alcohol by consumption. Sentenced to a six-month license suspension and to complete a CSI alcohol & drug information class. Fined $560.

Christopher Wright, 20, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty June 20 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months probation and seven days in jail. No fine.

Harvey Wright, 45, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest June 25 to driving while suspended. Fined $560.

Wesley Wright, 48, of Bandon. Pleaded no contest June 27 to allowing unlawful operation of a motor vehicle. Fined $260.

Jeremy Adam, 35, of Albany. Pleaded no contest July 11 to second-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months probation and 12 days compensatory service. Fined $585.

Vanessa Aguirre, 28, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default July 12 of driving while suspended, operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device and no proof of insurance. Fined $1,705.

Ricky Aldrich, 30, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest July 11 to driving while suspended. Fined $1,000.

Jane Alexander, 21, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest July 24 to third-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months probation, 672 hours in jail (336 hours suspended) and no contact with Bi-Mart and/or Walmart stores. Fined $460.

Chad Anderson, 24, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest July 11 to a violation of federal maximum speed. Fined $260.

Shane Archibek, 44, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty July 10 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and 10 days in jail (three days credit for time served, seven days suspended.) No fine.

Carl Barrett, 30, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty July 10 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and seven days in jail (one day credit for time served, six days suspended.) No fine.

Colten Bateson, 25, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty July 11 to second-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and 14 days compensatory service. Fined $660.

Deann Benson, 48, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest July 11 to following too closely. Fined $225.

Steven Billington, 27, of Scio. Found guilty by default July 18 of driving while suspended. Fined $1,005.

Jimmie Bodenschatz, 52, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest July 24 to second-degree criminal trespass. Sentenced to 24 months probation, eight days jail time and no contact with Radio Shack and/or Chevron South. Fined $260.

Ricky Boulden, 42, of Albany. Pleaded no contest July 18 to driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Fined $660.

Robert Burchard, 49, of Albany. Found guilty by default July 12 of driving while suspended, no liability insurance and no proof of insurance. Total fines $3,645.

Christopher Chaney, 24, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest July 24 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months probation and seven days in jail (suspended). No fine.

James Charles, 57, of Scio. Found guilty by default July 18 of driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Fined $1,275.

Jeremy Clement, 22, of Albany. Pleaded guilty July 24 to furnishing alcohol to a minor. Sentenced to 24 months probation and eight days compensatory service. Fined $660.

Madeline Coberly, 20, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest July 10 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to a six-month license suspension. Fined $560.

Allen Cooley, 54, of Albany. Found guilty July 11 of failure to obey a traffic control device. Fined $275.

Bruce Cruise, 55, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest July 11 to failure to stop upon entering a public street from a private drive. Pleaded no contest July 12 to failure to obey a traffic control device. Total fines $450.

Ashlie Cummings, 25, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest July 10 to failure to appear in a violation proceeding. Sentenced to 10 days compensatory service and 24 months probation. Also pleaded no contest to third-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months probation. Total fines $735.
