Leon A. Titeca, 85, of Lebanon, died Aug. 25, 2010, at his home.

No services are scheduled.

He was born in Big Timber, Mont., on Nov. 20, 1924, the son of Anselm and Mary (Tierney) Titeca.

He served in the U.S. Army, Third Armored Division “Spearheads,” during World War II.

He married Dolores Anne Klimek in Carson City, Nev., in 1987.

The couple moved to Lebanon in 1988.

Mr. Titeca worked as a master mechanic on heavy equipment for Oliver De Silva for more than 40 years  before retiring. He also was a cattle rancher.

He is survived by his daughters Kimberly Dunbar of Fremont, N.H., and Michelle Titeca-Stidsen of Paxton, Md.; brother John Titeca of McLeod, Mont., and five grandchildren.

His wife Dolores died in April 2010. Brothers Darwin, Clarence, Donald and Francis also died before he did.

Huston-Jost Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
