The following cases were decided in Lebanon Municipal Court between March 1 and March 31, 2012. Information for each case includes the defendant’s name, age and city of residence, offenses the defendant was convicted of, the court’s decision, the date the case came before the court and the total money judgment imposed by the court.

Nathan Adams, 16, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 2 to speeding. Fined $225.

Ryan Ally, 22, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 28 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana and driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to a one-year license suspension, 60 months bench probation and 48 hours in jail. Fined $1,428.

Bader Alqabbani, 25, of Corvallis. Pleaded guilty March 14 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months probation and seven days jail time (jail time suspended). No fine.

Kyle Archer, 21, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 21 to driving while suspended. Fined $560.

Willis Argetsinger, 53, of Albany. Pleaded no contest March 7 to driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Fined $1,660.

Lillian Bailey, 18, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 29 to speeding. Fined $150.

Alaura Baldwin, 21, of Corvallis. Pleaded no contest March 13 to giving false information to a police officer for citation and failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation. Fined $582.

Ian Bannon, 28, of Coos Bay. Pleaded guilty March 13 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months probation and seven days jail time (jail time suspended). No fine.

Faye Bechtold, 45, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty March 14 to no operator’s license. Fined $216.

Kristen Bibeault, 27, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 6 to operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $100.

Delillian Blake, 38, of Monroe. Pleaded guilty March 13 to contempt of court. Sentenced to a 12-month probation and seven days jail time (suspended). No fine.

Michael Bloom, 59, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest March 14 to speeding. Fined $150.

Michael Branton Jr., 36, of Sweet Home. Found guilty by default March 7 of no liability insurance. Fined $260.

Robert Brinkley, 45, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default March 27 of driving while suspended. Fined $1,005.

Elizabeth Brown, 30, of Foster. Pleaded no contest March 28 to driving while suspended. Fined $360.

Michele Burd, 56, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 1 to operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $100.

Austin Carter, 18, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty March 13 to furnishing alcohol to a minor. Sentenced to 24 months probation and 14 days compensatory service. Fined $1,160.

Jason Clark, 34, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 13 to third-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months probation, three days compensatory service and no contact with Safeway. Fined $260 plus restitution to Safeway.

Destry Cline Jr., 16, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default March 7 of no proof of insurance. Fined $260.

Erin Coberly, 26, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 13 to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to five days compensatory service and 12 months bench probation. Fined $310.

Scott Coberly, 58, of Payson, Ariz. Found guilty by default March 8 of driving while suspended and unlawful or unsignaled lane change. Fined $1,205.

James Colwell, 45, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 7 to speeding. Fined $150.

Katelyn Conrady, 22, of Albany. Pleaded guilty March 7 to failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant. Sentenced to 24 months probation, four days in jail and five days compensatory service. Fined $360.

Stephanie Corrington, 28, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 27 to failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant and possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation, 10 days compensatory service and a six-month license suspension. Fined $852.

Corey Cunningham, 22, of Albany. Pleaded guilty March 13 to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation. Fined $327.

Johnathan Davis, 19, of Coos Bay. Pleaded guilty March 7 to possession of less than one ounce of marijuana. Fined $500.

Denise Doan, 55, of Scio. Pleaded guilty March 28 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and seven days in jail (jail time suspended). No fine.

William Driskill, 33, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 28 to contempt of court and driving while suspended on March 29. Sentenced to seven days in jail (jail time suspended) and 24 months bench probation. Fined $760.

John Drury, 19, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest March 7 to no proof of insurance. Fined $225.

Ethan Edgerly-Duke, 31, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest March 13 to hit and run/failure to perform duties. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation, 30 days in jail (jail time suspended) and 10 days compensatory service. Fined $610 plus restitution to Comcast.

Eddie Edwards Sr., 53, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 27 to second-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation, 60 days in jail and 20 days of compensatory service. Fined $460.

Melynda Epperson, 44, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default of allowing unlawful operation of a motor vehicle. Fined $505.

Mark Fields, 23, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 13 to speeding. Fined $150.

Trevor Fillis, 30, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 1 to failure to obey a traffic control device. Fined $225.

Jacob Fisher, 26, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty March 13 to second-degree failure to appear and resisting arrest. Sentenced to 36 months bench probation and 28 days in jail. Fined $834.

Joshua Gabell, 28, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty March 13 to two counts of second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to 36 months bench probation and 90 days in jail (30 days suspended). Fined $745.

Jordan Gabrielli, 19, of Albany. Pleaded no contest March 27 to second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to two days in jail, 24 months bench probation and 10 days compensatory service. Fined $360.

Kari Gerig, 25, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default March 8 of speeding. Fined $150.

Ralph Gibbs, 42, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 28 to contempt of court. Sentenced to seven days in jail (suspended) and 24 months bench probation. No fine.

Leslie Gibson, 45, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 27 to failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant. Sentenced to 36 months bench probation and 30 days in jail. Fined $360.

Lori Gillihan, 37, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 7 to driving while suspended. Fined $354.

Thelma Gonzalez, 66, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default March 8 of no proof of insurance, no liability insurance and expired vehicle registration. Fined $1,210.

Christina Goodenough, 29, of Albany. Pleaded no contest March 7 to second-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months probation, two days compensatory service and no contact with Walmart. Fined $377.

Rachael Grimes, 23, of Lebanon. Found guilty March 7 of illegal window tinting. Also pleaded no contest to two counts of driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. Fined $1,396.

Brad Gulley, 41, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 8 to improper lane use. Fined $260.

Michael Hanson, 52, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty March 13 to second-degree criminal trespass. Sentenced to 24 months probation, three days compensatory service and no contact with Duffy’s Irish Pub. Fined $260.

Craig Hardin, 41, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 21 to driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Fined $1,540.

Travis Harrel, 32, of Albany. Found guilty by default March 8 of driving while suspended and no liability insurance. Fined $1,505.

Kenneth Harrison, 37, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 7 to third-degree theft and second-degree failure to appear. Sentenced to 24 months probation, 15 days in jail and 15 days compensatory service. Fined $562.

Lucrecea Harvey, 48, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty March 13 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 18 months probation and seven days in jail (suspended). No fine.

James Hearick, 23, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 23 to failure to obey a traffic control device. Fined $225.

Alwyn Hough, 54, of Lebanon. Found guilty March 27 of misuse of a handicapped permit. Fined $175.

Heather Humphreys, 23, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty March 21 to second-degree theft, second-degree failure to appear and theft by receiving. Sentenced to 36 months probation, 10 days compensatory service, 68 days in jail (60 days suspended) and no contact with victims - private citizen, Safeway and/or Walmart stores. Fined $814.

Candice Hunter, 26, of Albany. Pleaded no contest March 6 to speeding. Fined $150.

Diane Ikola, 66, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest March 14 to parking in a disabled person’s space. Fined $160.

Shawn Jayne, 22, of Lebanon. Found guilty by default March 15 of driving while suspended. Fined $1,005.

Jared S. Johnson, 39, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 7 to speeding. Fined $160.

Jared W. Johnson, 30, of Eugene. Pleaded no contest March 27 to driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 36 months probation, 72 hours jail time and a one-year license suspension. Fined $2,952.

Jay Kachel, 33, of Albany. Pleaded no contest March 7 to speeding. Fined $160.

Zachary Kempton, 20, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 7 to failure to wear a seat belt/improper use. Fined $100.

Linda Kennedy, 21, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest March 13 to second-degree theft. Sentenced to 24 months probation, five days compensatory service, four days in jail, to complete CSI Consumer Awareness Class and to complete five classes at the Pregnancy Alternative Center. Fined $377.

Brittany Kleint, 19, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest on Aug. 9, 2011, to harassment and was sentenced on March 21. She pleaded guilty March 21 to two counts of failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant. Sentenced to 36 months bench probation, 15 days compensatory service and five days in jail. Fined $794.

Gregory Korn, 34, of Sweet Home. Found guilty by default March 15 of failure to obey a traffic control device. Fined $225.

Harold Kosmalske, 51, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 1 to two counts of endangering a child passenger. Fined $200.

John Kotek, 45, of Albany. Found guilty March 28 of illegal backing up. Fined $157

Daniel Kroesing, 33, of Albany. Pleaded no contest March 7 to driving while suspended. Fined $760.

Corey Kutsch, 19, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 26 to speeding. Fined $225.

Donald Lamberson, 34, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest March 7 to speeding. Fined $150.

Bernard Leiferman, 53, of Salem. Pleaded guilty March 27 to driving while suspended. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and a 90-day vehicle registration suspension. Fined $1,060.

Kyle Lewis, 19, of Lebanon. Pleaded guilty March 28 to speeding. Fined $251.

Steven Lowe, 27, of Lebanon. Pleaded no contest March 14 to driving while suspended. Fined $1,000.

Leonides Luis Vasquez, 32, of Albany. Pleaded guilty March 13 to driving while suspended. Sentenced to 24 months bench probation and eight days compensatory service. Fined $1,160.

Brad Martinez, 28, of Sweet Home. Pleaded no contest March 7 to failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief. Sentenced to 12 months probation, three days jail time and three days compensatory service. Fined $881.

Jesse Mathis, 34, of Albany. Pleaded guilty March 21 to contempt of court. Sentenced to 36 months bench probation and seven days in jail. No fine.

Katie McCord, 31, of Brownsville. Pleaded no contest March 7 to operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile communication device. Fined $100.

Janell McKinney, 40, of Gresham. Pleaded guilty March 7 to driving under the influence of intoxicants. Sentenced to 36 months probation, 48 hours in jail and a one-year license suspension. Fined $1,428.

Jeffrey McNees, 19, of Sweet Home. Pleaded guilty March 28 to hit and run/failure to perform duties, failure to appear on a criminal citation-warrant and on March 29 pleaded guilty to driving while suspended.

Sentenced to 24 months probation, 15 days compensatory service and a 90-day license suspension. Fined $1,218.

    Since then, Austin Carter stole a car crashed it and ran to Portland with the help of a friend. The cops are no longer looking for him. How is that? I have witnessed a lot of things like this happening in Lebanon, Oregon. It looks like the cops are either paid off or it all has to do with if you are a native to Lebanon, Oregon. The cops and the laws here are a joke! Very scary place to live if your family was not born here. Not right!
